We’re hiring a Field Service Technician – Pump & Pipefitter to support the installation and service of propane bulk plants across the region. This hands-on field role involves working with pipe systems, pumps, valves, tanks, and mechanical equipment. It’s ideal for someone with basic pipefitting, pump repair, plumbing, or mechanical experience who wants a steady, full-time role with a company that values its people.
Most travel is in-state, with the occasional overnight depending on job location. Crews are back home each week.
What You'll Do
- Install and service propane bulk plants (pumps, piping, valves, meters, tanks, etc.)
- Assist with pipefitting, pump installation, and mechanical hookups
- Cut, thread, and assemble pipe to spec
- Work from blueprints or site plans
- Troubleshoot pump or flow system issues in the field
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site safety standards
- Communicate with team members and occasionally with customers
What We're Looking For
- Experience in pipefitting, pump work, plumbing, or mechanical trades
- Comfortable using hand tools, pipe threading machines, etc.
- Physically able to work outdoors, lift equipment, and be on your feet
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
