We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead manufacturing quality assurance initiatives within our production facility. In this pivotal role, you will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external quality audits to verify adherence to quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee the execution of quality control processes including inspections, testing, and analysis to ensure products meet specified quality criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including production, sales, supply chain, and regulatory affairs—to address quality issues proactively and implement corrective actions effectively.
- Manage documentation related to quality systems, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective/preventive action plans to ensure traceability and accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing quality assurance role.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards along with familiarity with ISO requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits, implementing compliance standards to verify they are met within manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques, Lean management strategies, GD&T principles, and QA/QC methodologies.
- Excellent analysis skills paired with the ability to lead teams effectively through change management initiatives.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills to coordinate efforts between internal departments and external customers.
- 5 years manufacturing experience preferred
- Quality Management degree or applicable experience needed.
