POSITION SUMMARY

Provide support to VP – Business Solutions Manager, VP – Business Solutions, and Business Banking clients on specialized Business Banking products such as ACH Origination, Bill Pay, Express Deposit, Positive Pay, Wire Transfers, Lockbox and Mobile Banking. Additionally, establish/open and provide ongoing customer service on all types of Business Banking deposit accounts and associated add-on services such as Business Credit Cards, Merchant Services and products offered through Intrafi Financial Network. Work onsite and at times in the field both independently and/or jointly with VP - Business Solutions or Business Bankers to install, train and provide ongoing customer service / sales support for Business Banking clients. The incumbent should be comfortable with the sales process as they will also participate at times in joint calling efforts and make presentations with both internal and external business partners as needed. They will actively participate in bank wide committees as assigned.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Provides Department support thru:

• Setting up, installing, troubleshooting on any of the following products:
• Access Manager

Security Tokens

• Business Solutions Products-Knowledgeable in all areas

Bill Pay

Business Online Banking

Express Deposit

ACH Manager

ICS/CDAR’s

Sweeps

• High involvement in the onboarding of new clients to ensure their transition to the bank is a great experience
• Assisting Business Banking clients with ongoing exemplary client service
• Resolve a variety of technical issues a client may face – and troubleshooting more complex issues.
• Prepare product and new account and product documents and agreements for compliance
• Maintain appropriate files and inspect agreements provided for products listed
• Reporting and auditing of various product usage and trend lines
• Participate in committees as requested

Ongoing responsibilities:

• Keep current on all new regulations and rules regarding electronic banking services
• Attend ongoing training sessions on electronic banking products
• Work with auditors and examiners
• Test new technologies

Maintains compliance by:

• Working closely with the Compliance Department
• Keeping informed of Bank policies / procedures
• Proactively preparing for deadlines
• Assist with regulatory audits of various products

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Joint calling for existing and prospective clients with VP - Business Solutions or Business Bankers
• Complete all work by following established policies and operating procedures
• Contribute to the overall success of Business Banking by participating in team efforts to grow deposits for the bank and by cross-selling products and services and making referrals to all areas of the bank
• Maintain the Bank’s goal to be accessible to the client and to provide premium quality service
• Maintain a high level of ethical behavior with clients and prospects
• Be innovative and offer recommendations to improve customer experience, sales growth, work flow and compliance implications
• Other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position is located in an office environment with artificial lighting and controlled heating/air conditioning. The position includes prolonged periods of working on a computer and repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The incumbent needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
