Position Overview
The Human Resources Intern provides administrative and project support to the Human Resources team while gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR data management, company activities, and special projects.
This position is located on-site in Green Bay, WI and reports to the Sr HR Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR Management Systems with confidentiality.
- Assist with training, company activities, and HR projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
