What You’ll Do
- Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot, service, and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems in the shop and on field service calls.
- Work on Top-Tier Machinery: Handle a wide variety of equipment including high-horsepower tractors, commercial hay equipment, planters, skid steers, compact track loaders, wheel loaders, and mini excavators.
- Equipment Assembly & Setup: Assist with new equipment setup, pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and attachments.
- Customer & Team Connection: Communicate diagnostic findings clearly to customers and service managers, keeping operators informed and back in the field quickly.
- Collaborative Shop Environment: Work side-by-side with other experienced technicians, sharing knowledge to solve tough mechanical problems together.
