- Lead a Field Crew
- Read and understand a customer detail plan
- Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner
- Adhere to all company and industry standards/regulations (OSHA, etc.)
- Prepare drawings of field sketches using AutoCAD
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements related to telecommunications, commercial, residential, and light industrial applications
- Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to field work
- Review peer work product
- Other duties as assigned
- Safety is a part of your day-to-day
- You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
- You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
- You are looking for long-term projects
- You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
- You have a high school diploma or a GED; a technical degree is preferred
- 5+ years of general construction experience preferred; some cell tower industry experience is highly preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results-oriented
- Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
- Basic computer knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with AT&T or Verizon Wireless Networks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commissioning and Integration experience required
- Mobile Access Certification is a plus
- Ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment
- Ability to lead crews when the foreman is gone, and have DC/AC electrical skills
- Update equipment office records and installation specifications to document accurately "as built"
- Ability to work on ladders, demonstrated manual dexterity
- Must be adaptable to changing environments
- Must be able to pick up 50 lbs., and be capable of working up to 12 hours
- Must be available to work weekends and/or nights, in extreme weather conditions if necessary, and be willing to travel extensively
- Must be able to work out of the market or away from home as work demand requires
