The Opportunity
This role is on a hybrid schedule in our Charlotte, NC office. In office a few days weekly with some remote days.
Ally is seeking a Project Manager who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is ready to make transformative contributions. This exciting role is perfect for a strategic problem-solver who has a strong foundation in project management and who thrives by collaborating across businesses and functions. As a key member of the PMO team, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering initiatives that align to business objectives and delivery standards.
The Work Itself
- Manage project scope, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and objectives
- Identify, monitor, and communicate project dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle to leadership
- Assist in establishing robust change management processes to evaluate, document, and communicate adjustments to project scope, timelines, or prioritization to stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, managing the end-to-end project delivery, while ensuring time and efficient project execution
- Track project progress and performance, prepare regular status updates for senior leaders, and assist in measuring outcomes on executed work
- Manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources against planned work each quarter
- Coordinate and facilitate communication among stakeholders, team members, and external vendors to maintain alignment and transparency
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices in future projects
The Skills You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7 years relevant experience of equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of project management or delivery experience
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity for establishing standards and driving process improvement
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to drive business outcomes
- Experience in project and technology management software such as JIRA and Confluence
- Additional certifications preferred: PMP, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent certification

Base Pay Range: $90000 - $150000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
