- Assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports and financial closings.
- Ensure project accounting complies with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies.
- Organize and manage project-related financial documentation and records.
- Support contract reconciliation and ensure accurate cost tracking.
