Who's Hiring

Food Service Manager Jobs in Denver: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a food service manager job in Denver?
Target Denver's busiest hiring pockets: hotel and convention-center dining along the 16th Street corridor, hospital and healthcare cafeteria operations at Anschutz Medical Campus, and the dense fast-casual and brewery scene in RiNo and LoHi. Candidates who stand out typically hold a ServSafe Manager certification, have experience managing high-volume weekend rushes, and can point to measurable cost or waste reductions from a previous role.
Which companies hire food service managers in Denver?
Companies currently hiring food service managers in Denver include Sodexo, The SSA, and Sodexo Live!, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of November 2026. Denver's mix of major hotel brands, large healthcare systems, university dining programs, and independent restaurant groups means openings appear across a wide range of employer types throughout the year.
Are there remote food service manager jobs in Denver?
Yes, though they are rare, since most food service manager work is inherently hands-on and on-site. About 0% of food service manager openings tied to Denver are remote or hybrid as of November 2026, and those roles typically involve regional oversight, contract compliance, or vendor management rather than daily kitchen supervision.
How can I get a food service manager job in Denver with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Denver is moving up from a lead cook, shift supervisor, or assistant manager role at a high-volume employer. Denver's large hotel operators, Aramark and Sodexo campus contracts at local universities, and stadium food-service contractors frequently promote from within and hire entry-level supervisors. Completing a ServSafe certification before applying signals readiness and sets you apart from candidates without it.
