Our Restaurant Managers oversee the daily operations of our business. Their responsibilities include hiring and training staff, coordinating employee schedules, and ensuring company policies are being followed. They also order supplies, manage budgets and resolve customer complaints with a goal of 100% guest retention. The Restaurant Manager is the liaison between the restaurant guests, employees, and the owners. They must submit reports, meet revenue goals and offer advice on how to run the business most effectively. Benefits include Paid Time Off, Health Insurance paid at 50% for employee only and free shift meals.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Train and supervise staff
- Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations and maintain safe working conditions
- Work closely with upper management to meet revenue objectives
- Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products, and equipment
- Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary
- 2+ years’ experience in the restaurant industry ideal
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and leadership skills
