The Hotel Facilities Manager leads the facilities team and oversees maintenance operations to help keep the hotel running smoothly and at full capacity. This role coordinates technicians, tracks work, and works closely with hotel departments to manage daily operations and scheduled tasks.
Duties
- Lead, support, and manage a team of facilities technicians; assign work and track progress.
- Oversee hotel facilities maintenance and coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks.
- Monitor task completion and address scheduling needs to keep work moving on time.
- Communicate closely with hotel departments to coordinate maintenance and support hotel operations.
- Your impact: By coordinating technicians and maintenance with hotel departments, you help staff deliver a smooth experience for guests.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including the ability to work with and manage technicians.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to organize and complete tasks on schedule.
- Ability to track staff work, monitor progress, and communicate effectively across departments.
- Experience managing facilities maintenance is relevant to the role.
Pay: $57,000.00 - $68,800.00 per year
