Concierge Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a concierge in Colorado?
Colorado does not require a state-issued license to work as a concierge, so entry typically starts with hospitality or customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Many candidates build their background through hotel front desk or guest services roles before moving into dedicated concierge positions. Earning a Certified Concierge designation through Les Clefs d'Or or a hospitality certificate from a Colorado community college strengthens applications at higher-end properties.
Which companies hire concierges in Colorado?
Companies currently hiring concierges in Colorado include Marriott International, Aspen Skiing Company, and MorningStar Senior Living, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Colorado's mix of luxury mountain resorts, downtown Denver hotels, and upscale residential buildings means demand is spread across hospitality groups, property management firms, and corporate real estate operators throughout the state.
Which Colorado cities have the most concierge jobs?
Denver, Colorado Springs, and Aspen are the Colorado cities with the most concierge openings. Denver leads because of its concentration of full-service hotels, Class A office buildings, and corporate headquarters, while resort towns like Vail and Aspen generate year-round demand from luxury properties that staff large guest services teams regardless of season.
Are there remote concierge jobs in Colorado?
Yes, but they're rare. Concierge work is largely on-site by nature, requiring direct interaction with guests, residents, or building visitors. About 30% of concierge openings tied to Colorado are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, and those positions tend to be virtual concierge or phone-based guest coordination roles rather than traditional front-of-house positions.
How can I get hired as a concierge in Colorado with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is starting in a hotel front desk, bell services, or guest services associate role and transitioning into a concierge position once you know the property and its guests. Large Colorado operators like Vail Resorts and Marriott-managed hotels regularly hire entry-level hospitality associates with no prior concierge experience. A hospitality management certificate from Colorado Mountain College or the Community College of Denver, combined with genuine knowledge of Colorado's dining and outdoor recreation scene, gives candidates a clear edge at the application stage.
Where can I find and apply to concierge jobs in Colorado?
You can find and apply to concierge jobs in Colorado on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience and location, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
