We are seeking a highly organized, warm, and proactive Receptionist to support our spa brand in Mint Hill, NC, Great Bodies Beautiful Faces® (GBBF®), a results-driven esthetics and body contouring spa.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on people, precision, and pace, and understands that thoughtful scheduling and client flow are essential to an exceptional spa experience.

GBBF delivers FDA-approved, non-invasive aesthetic treatments including body sculpting, skin tightening, and advanced facials. Appointments often involve consultations, packages, and progress tracking—making accurate scheduling essential.
Responsibilities and Duties
Client Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Greet and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and calm presence
- Create a welcoming spa environment (music, scent, lighting, refreshments)
- Maintain client confidentiality and manage client accounts
- Ensure lobby, treatment rooms, and shared spaces remain clean and guest-ready
Scheduling & Coordination (Critical Function)
- Manage scheduling for GBBF clients
- Prevent overbooking, bottlenecks, and service conflicts
- Schedule interviews, staff and other related sessions and meetings
Sales Support & Client Conversion
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and messages with confidence
- Warm-call and follow up with leads who inquire about services
- Educate potential clients on services, packages, and experience differences
- Support front-desk sales flow without pressure
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments on the calendar
- Sending communications to VIP clients during special sales and events
Marketing & Administrative Support
- Assist with posting and managing business social media accounts
- Support Google review requests and client follow-up
- Maintain organization of daily spa operations and communications
- Educate self on products and services to assist potential clients with questions via phone and messenger

- Monday to Friday 9:00-7:00 PM
