Position duties: (generally)
-Manage day to day operations, hire and train staff, enforce policies and procedures, event coordination, product and loss management, handle guest complaints, work directly with owners to increase profits and hit bonus goals-
Expected qualifications:
-Experience in both FOH and BOH
-Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service
-At least 2 years restaurant management experience
