Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, staff scheduling, and ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
• Manage inventory control, food handling procedures, and ensure compliance with health regulations to uphold food safety standards.
• Supervise kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking processes, and food production to meet quality benchmarks.
• Conduct staff training, development programs, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled and motivated team.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis to optimize profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols throughout the restaurant environment.
• Participate in hiring processes including interviewing candidates for various roles such as servers, cooks, and maintenance.

Experience

• Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Extensive background in food service management with knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards.
• Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance within a hospitality setting.
• Experience in casual dining or fine dining establishments is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, team management, and operational oversight.
