- Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels during peak hours and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards to create a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to meet business goals.
