We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service / Food Runners. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding guest experiences by ensuring timely food delivery, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, in-person customer service. Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Assist with cleaning duties including wiping down tables, counters, and food prep areas to maintain a spotless environment
- Handle manual tasks such as lifting of food supplies, equipment, and trash bins using safe lifting practices
- Support food handling and preparation activities as needed while adhering to food safety standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate orders and guest needs
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their questions or concerns
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Clover for order processing
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting safely
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Experience with food running, serving, bussing, and general guest services in hospitality settings
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
