Duties

• Lead daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing shift schedules, and ensuring smooth service flow.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety management to uphold quality standards and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize waste and control costs.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
• Train and develop staff in food handling, customer service, food production, and safety procedures to foster a high-performing team.
• Conduct hiring interviews, staff evaluations, and ongoing training sessions to build a skilled hospitality team.
• Analyze profit and loss statements, monitor budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue while controlling expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Coordinate catering events, banquet services, or bar operations as needed to diversify revenue streams.
• Uphold food safety standards through regular staff training on hygiene practices and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, training staff, and managing hospitality operations effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food industry best practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
• Experience in managing hospitality teams within hotel or catering environments is a plus.
• Ability to multitask efficiently across shift management duties including staffing schedules and operational oversight.
• Strong communication skills paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
