Opportunity Overview
As an Applications Engineer at Nextest, you will support customers as they bring new semiconductor devices into production. You will work closely with customers to develop test programs that characterize future devices and contribute to the validation of next‑generation tester hardware and features.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Provide pre‑ and post‑sales customer support
Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering on the definition and verification of new products
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Contribute to the creation and delivery of training programs
Develop custom test programs to meet customer requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience with C/C++ programming
Coursework in digital and analog circuit design
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (BSCE) or Electrical Engineering (BSEE)

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $85,000-$135,900. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
