Responsibilities
Help Create a Workplace Experience People Love. As part of our Workplace Experience team, you'll help create environments and food experiences that employees enjoy and look forward to. Spanning both hard services (food operations and facilities management) and soft services (janitorial and front-of-house reception), you'll support daily operations, work with service partners, improve programs and use data to solve problems — seeing the impact of your work every day. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how integrated workplace services operate in a fast-paced, global environment. You'll work with different teams, support projects, build relationships with vendors and stakeholders, analyze feedback and data, and help create better experiences for employees across the workplace. You'll have the opportunity to build skills across food operations, facilities management, janitorial and reception services, program and project management, vendor management, data analysis, health and safety, budgeting and employee experience. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth. Responsibilities:
- Support daily workplace operations across food services, facilities, janitorial and front-of-house reception, helping keep the office running smoothly and employees well-served.
- Assist with vendor and partner coordination, including monitoring service performance, building relationships with food, facilities and cleaning vendors, and helping identify improvement opportunities.
- Help deliver great food experiences by supporting food program operations, monitoring quality and consistency, and using feedback to recommend improvements.
- Conduct walkthroughs and inspections to help identify facility defects, cleanliness issues and improvement opportunities across offices, pantries, restrooms and common areas.
- Turn data into ideas by collecting and analysing employee feedback and operational data, creating reports, identifying trends and recommending practical improvements.
- Support projects end-to-end, helping coordinate timelines, track actions, communicate updates and contribute to workplace programs from planning to delivery.
- Collaborate across teams by building relationships with Workplace, Safety, Real Estate, Finance and other functions to help deliver successful workplace programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Food Science, Nutrition, Business Management, or a related field.
- Internships, placements, part-time roles, or coursework projects in workplace services, hospitality, food, or related fields.
- Comfortable working with data and everyday tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, collaboration platforms) and eager to learn new systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a reliable, follow-through mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Genuine interest in workplace services, food operations, hospitality and improving the employee experience.
- Curious, proactive problem-solver who enjoys asking questions and learning how large-scale workplace programs run.
- Exposure to any of the following: vendor coordination, facilities or cleaning operations, food safety basics, reception/front-of-house, event or project support, or customer service.
- Ability to analyze feedback or operational data and translate it into simple, practical recommendations.
- Adaptable and collaborative, able to work across teams in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to offices across applicable regions and grow within a global workplace team.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $116000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
