You will utilize your HR functional expertise to assist critical human resources objectives. Gain hands-on experience solving real current business opportunities. During our summer internship you will guide impactful initiatives designed around our HR priorities, own defined projects end-to end, make significant contributions, and be afforded the opportunity to present results to leadership.
Responsibilities -
- Develop skills and experience with key business team members
- Plan, execute, and complete special projects as assigned.
- Gains industry knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments
- Supports assigned manager with business project work
- Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
Qualifications -
- Must be pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work
- Collaboration and teamwork
