Casino Floor Runner Green Card Jobs
Casino Floor Runner roles at tribal casinos, commercial gaming properties, and resort hotels can qualify for EB-3 green card sponsorship through the PERM labor certification process. Your employer files with DOL and USCIS to permanently sponsor your position, making this a direct path to lawful permanent residency rather than a temporary work authorization.

Document your gaming credentials before applying
Compile your gaming license, state-issued certifications, and any regulatory training records before outreach. PERM requires your employer to define minimum job requirements, and your credentials must match exactly what gets filed.
Target employers with E-Verify enrollment
Casinos and gaming floors enrolled in E-Verify are already set up for employment eligibility verification, which signals readiness for the broader PERM sponsorship process. Prioritize properties that advertise compliance programs in job postings.
Search green card sponsors on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Casino Floor Runner openings by employers with active green card sponsorship history. This cuts out properties that have never filed a PERM application and focuses your search on realistic sponsorship candidates.
Understand how EB-3 classification fits this role
Casino Floor Runner positions typically qualify under EB-3 as skilled workers requiring job-specific training. If your role requires a bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field, ask your employer whether EB-2 classification is feasible at filing.
Request the PERM timeline during offer negotiation
PERM labor certification, I-140 approval, and adjustment of status can span several years. Ask your prospective employer to confirm they will maintain sponsorship through each stage, including any potential request for evidence from USCIS.
Verify prevailing wage before accepting an offer
Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the prevailing wage for your job title and location. DOL requires your offered wage to meet or exceed this threshold, and a wage below it will cause your PERM application to fail.

Find Casino Floor Runner JobsCasino Floor Runner Green Card Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Can a Casino Floor Runner role qualify for EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Yes. Casino Floor Runner positions qualify under the EB-3 skilled worker category when the role requires at least two years of training or experience. Your employer initiates the process by filing a PERM labor certification with DOL, demonstrating no qualified U.S. worker is available, before petitioning USCIS with an I-140 immigrant petition.
How does EB-3 green card sponsorship differ from H-1B for this role?
The H-1B requires a specialty occupation tied to a bachelor's degree, which many Casino Floor Runner positions don't meet. EB-3 is designed for skilled workers without that degree barrier. Green card sponsorship is also permanent rather than temporary, and EB-3 has no lottery. Processing takes longer than an H-1B initial approval, but the outcome is lawful permanent residency.
What does the PERM labor certification process require from my employer?
Your employer must conduct a DOL-supervised recruitment campaign showing no qualified U.S. worker applied for the position. This includes placing job ads, documenting responses, and filing an ETA Form 9089 with DOL. The recruitment must reflect the actual duties and minimum requirements of your Casino Floor Runner role, which is why your credentials must match the filed job description precisely.
How do I find Casino Floor Runner jobs with active green card sponsorship?
Search on Migrate Mate, which filters roles by employers with documented green card sponsorship history. This is more reliable than applying broadly and asking during interviews, since PERM sponsorship requires significant employer commitment. Targeting casinos and gaming properties that have filed PERM applications before reduces the risk of an offer that stalls at the sponsorship conversation.
Does my gaming license in another country count toward the U.S. PERM job requirements?
Foreign gaming licenses can support your qualifications but don't automatically satisfy U.S. state licensing requirements. PERM requires your credentials to meet the minimum requirements listed on the job description. If your employer's filed requirements include a specific state gaming license, you'll need to obtain it. Discuss license reciprocity or conditional employment arrangements with your employer before the PERM application is filed.
