The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in organizational transformation, culture development, and change management, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate with a broad group of senior stakeholders. Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS), talent management platforms, payroll systems, and other HR technologies in a multi-site retail environment (including corporate and distribution centers) is highly beneficial. A deep understanding of the unique change management challenges within retail operations and supply chain is preferred. Proficiency in managing project and change management tracking tools and creating executive-level dashboards on SharePoint is essential.
Skills:
- Overall 10+ years with 6 years of experience in HR-related Change Management.
- SAP's SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite, including Teams, Outlook, and Forms.

- Create and deliver project and change management strategies aligned to business performance objectives to drive adoption of Sephora’s strategic HR initiatives.
