Position Overview: We are looking for a Head of AI Partnerships to own, build, and scale the company’s strategic partnerships with NVIDIA, Anthropic, and OpenAI as a coordinated portfolio. This role is accountable for turning these alliances into a strategic growth engine by establishing senior relationships, shaping joint go to market initiatives, driving co selling motions, defining AI service offerings with internal Labs and Practices, and delivering measurable revenue impact across regions and industries.
You will act as the single threaded owner of the AI platform partnerships, working across Sales, Account Management, Practices, Labs, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. You will treat the three partners as a portfolio, prioritizing investment between them based on maturity, fit, and commercial opportunity.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the generative AI and GPU computing ecosystems, strong commercial instincts, and credibility with both AI vendors and enterprise customers.
The estimated salary range is from 180,000 to 280,000 USD per year, plus performance based variable compensation tied to partnership and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end to end partnership strategy across NVIDIA, Anthropic, and OpenAI as a coordinated portfolio, rebalancing investment as each program matures
- Build and sustain senior level relationships with partnership, sales, industry, and alliance leaders at each partner across their key locations
- Act as the primary executive point of contact across all three partnerships
- Define target industries, target accounts, and joint value propositions for each partner, with differentiated plays reflecting each vendor’s strengths
- Drive pipeline creation and deal execution through co selling, joint campaigns, and strategic customer engagements
- Partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams on priority accounts and multi party pursuits
- Work with internal Labs and Practices to define, productize, and refine AI service offerings including agent engineering, LLM applications, GPU infrastructure and inference, fine tuning, and generative AI industry solutions aligned with each partner’s roadmap
- Mobilize and educate internal teams including Sales, Account Management, Practices, Delivery, and Labs on each partner’s strategy, offerings, and engagement model
- Represent the organization at partner and industry events including NVIDIA GTC, Anthropic events, OpenAI DevDay, and major AI industry summits
- Contribute to market facing content such as whitepapers, reference architectures, blog posts, customer case studies, and joint messaging with partners
- Position NVIDIA, Anthropic, and OpenAI internally as strategic partners anchoring the AI business rather than as vendors in a long list
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technology partnerships, alliances, or enterprise sales leadership, with demonstrated success building and scaling strategic alliances with leading platform or AI technology providers
- Proven ability to build new partnerships from limited foundations, with comfort operating without established co sell playbooks or mature program infrastructure
- Working technical understanding of the generative AI stack including large language models, agents and tool use, retrieval augmented generation, embeddings, model evaluation, fine tuning trade offs, GPU accelerated infrastructure, and inference deployment
- Substantive understanding of how at least one of NVIDIA, Anthropic, or OpenAI operates commercially, with familiarity with all three considered a strong advantage
- Commercial and technical credibility with enterprise customers on AI strategy, use case selection, and solution architecture, with the ability to lead C level conversations
- Experience creating or productizing service offerings in a consulting, systems integration, or platform services context including pricing, positioning, and enablement
- A proven track record of operating cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Labs, and Executive Leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Nice to have: Background in AI focused consulting, system integration, or enterprise transformation programs
- Experience contributing to public thought leadership on AI platforms or enterprise AI adoption
- Exposure to global or multi regional partnership programs

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship in Head Of Partnerships
Translate your partnerships experience into PERM language
PERM requires the employer to define minimum requirements matching your credentials. Document your revenue impact, deal volume, and partner ecosystem scope so your employer can write a job description that reflects the role's true complexity without overstating requirements.
Target companies with existing PERM filing history
Search DOL PERM disclosure data to identify companies that have sponsored partnerships or business development roles before. Employers who've navigated the process for similar positions move faster and make fewer procedural errors during recruitment advertising and audit responses.
Understand how EB-2 versus EB-3 affects your timeline
Head of Partnerships roles typically qualify under EB-3 as professionals requiring a bachelor's degree, though EB-2 applies if the role genuinely requires an advanced degree. Your country of birth, not citizenship, determines your priority date queue, so verify the current Visa Bulletin before accepting a sponsoring offer.
Find green-card-sponsoring employers through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Head of Partnerships openings by employers with active green card sponsorship history. This removes the guesswork of cold-applying to companies whose HR teams have never filed PERM for a partnerships-level role.
Prepare your advanced degree credentials before the offer stage
If your degree is from outside the U.S., get a credential evaluation completed before negotiations begin. USCIS requires foreign degrees to be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's or master's, and delays in evaluation can stall the entire I-140 petition timeline.
Negotiate PERM filing timing into your offer letter
Employers can lawfully delay starting PERM after you join. Push to have an expected PERM initiation date written into your offer or employment agreement. Partnerships roles often involve long ramp periods, and an unanchored filing commitment can stretch priority date waits by a year or more.

Find Head Of Partnerships JobsHead Of Partnerships Green Card Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Head of Partnerships role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Most Head of Partnerships positions qualify under EB-3 as professional roles requiring at least a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. EB-2 applies if the employer can demonstrate the role genuinely requires an advanced degree or if you qualify for a National Interest Waiver. Your employer's attorney determines the classification based on the actual job duties and your credentials.
How does green card sponsorship differ from H-1B sponsorship for this role?
H-1B is a temporary nonimmigrant status requiring renewal every three years, subject to the annual lottery for most applicants. Green card sponsorship through PERM and I-140 leads to permanent residency with no renewal cycles and no cap concerns at the EB-3 level for many countries outside India and China. The trade-off is timeline: PERM labor certification alone takes several months before the I-140 petition even begins.
What does the PERM labor certification process involve for a partnerships role?
Your employer files a PERM application with DOL after conducting a supervised recruitment process to prove no qualified U.S. workers were available for the role. This includes posting the position through specific channels, documenting all applicant evaluations, and certifying prevailing wage compliance using the OFLC Wage Search. The employer bears the filing burden, but you should understand the timeline, which typically runs six to twelve months from start to certification.
How can I find employers who will sponsor a green card for a Head of Partnerships position?
Use Migrate Mate to search Head of Partnerships roles specifically filtered by employers with green card sponsorship history. Cold-applying to companies with no PERM filing record for partnerships-level roles wastes significant time because HR teams unfamiliar with PERM often decline sponsorship requests that experienced employers would accept routinely.
Can I switch employers after my PERM is approved but before my green card is issued?
Once your I-140 petition is approved and your priority date is current, you may be able to port your green card to a new employer in a same or similar occupational classification under AC21 job portability rules. For a Head of Partnerships role, the new position generally needs to involve comparable business development or alliance management duties. Changing employers before I-140 approval requires restarting the PERM process entirely.
