- Maintain accurate CRM records for Microsoft ISD opportunities, including Microsoft seller relationship, customer profile, ISD source, opportunity stage, contract status, expected start date, forecast category, next step, and close plan.
- Support Microsoft ISD work order, SOW, staffing, renewal, and expansion motions by coordinating with Sales Operations, delivery leadership, recruiting, finance, legal, practice teams, and sales leadership as required.
- Participate collaboratively in Microsoft ISD sales cadence meetings, alliance reviews, Sales Operations reviews, forecast calls, and pipeline reviews to ensure shared visibility, accountability, and deal progression.

- Ability to network effectively with Microsoft ISD Sales team members, understand their priorities, and position New Era services as a practical subcontracting solution within Microsoft-led customer engagements.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high energy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise messaging to Microsoft stakeholders, customer contacts, account managers, practice leaders, and sales executives.
- Must be able to ask probing questions, gather requirements, document deal context, identify blockers, and coordinate the appropriate New Era resources needed to help move each Microsoft ISD opportunity toward closure.
- Must be ambitious, persistent, and consistent.
- Must be goal oriented with an ability to focus and achieve that goal.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Document your degree field alignment
PERM requires your education to match the job's minimum requirements. A business, communications, or marketing degree maps cleanly to Inside Sales Executive duties. Gather transcripts and, if your degree is foreign-issued, a credential evaluation from a NACES-approved evaluator before applying.
Target employers with active PERM filings
Use Migrate Mate to filter Inside Sales Executive roles at employers who have filed PERM applications for comparable positions, so you're approaching companies with a proven track record of sponsoring permanent residency rather than starting that conversation from scratch.
Verify the role meets EB-3 skilled worker criteria
EB-3 covers positions requiring at least a U.S. bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Cross-check the job description against the O*NET profile for Inside Sales professionals to confirm the posted requirements meet DOL's definition before negotiating a sponsorship commitment with a hiring manager.
Negotiate sponsorship terms before signing the offer
Ask whether the employer covers PERM advertising costs, attorney fees, and the I-140 petition filing fee. Some companies offer this only to senior hires, so clarifying upfront prevents disputes after you've accepted and your employer has initiated the labor certification process.
Understand the PERM recruitment documentation window
Your employer must complete DOL-mandated recruitment steps, including job postings and newspaper ads, within a defined period before filing. Sales roles often require demonstrating that outreach reached qualified U.S. workers, so your start date depends on that recruitment window completing without disqualifying applicants emerging.
Account for EB-2 eligibility if you hold an advanced degree
If you have a master's degree or a bachelor's plus five years of progressive inside sales experience, your employer may file under EB-2 rather than EB-3. USCIS treats these as separate preference categories, and EB-2 can move faster for applicants from countries without significant backlogs.
Green Card Inside Sales Executive: Frequently Asked Questions
Can an Inside Sales Executive role qualify for a green card without an advanced degree?
Yes. Most Inside Sales Executive positions qualify under EB-3 as skilled workers, provided the role requires at least a U.S. bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent. If the job description lists a bachelor's in business, marketing, or a related field as a minimum requirement, your employer can file a PERM application under EB-3 without needing an advanced degree from you.
How does PERM green card sponsorship differ from H-1B for this role?
H-1B visa is a temporary work visa with an annual lottery cap and a maximum six-year stay. PERM-based green card sponsorship leads to permanent residency with no renewal cycle and is not subject to an annual lottery. The tradeoff is timeline: PERM labor certification, the I-140 petition, and adjustment of status together typically take two to four years, whereas H-1B approval can happen within months.
Where can I find Inside Sales Executive jobs that offer green card sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for employment-based green card searches. You can filter Inside Sales Executive roles by employers with PERM filing history, so you're targeting companies that have already demonstrated willingness to sponsor permanent residency rather than asking every hiring manager whether sponsorship is on the table.
What does the PERM process actually require from me as the applicant?
PERM is primarily your employer's responsibility. You need to meet the minimum qualifications listed in the job description and provide documentation, such as transcripts and experience letters, that proves you satisfy those requirements. DOL may audit the file, so keeping clean records of your credentials throughout the process protects both you and your employer.
Does my sales quota performance affect my green card application?
No. PERM and the I-140 petition evaluate whether the position qualifies and whether you meet the stated requirements, not how you perform in the role. Your employer certifies to DOL that the job is real, the wage meets prevailing wage standards per the OFLC Wage Search, and no qualified U.S. worker applied during the recruitment period.
