About The Team
The Marketing Operations team is responsible for the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power the global marketing engine at Stripe. We partner closely with Growth, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales Development, and Marketing Technology teams to ensure campaigns are executed with precision, prospect data is accurate and actionable, and our marketing technology stack operates at scale. We are systems thinkers and operational leaders focused on improving the workflows, tooling, data quality, and processes that enable marketing and sales teams to move faster and more effectively. Our work spans campaign operations, marketing automation, prospect data management, and cross-functional program delivery.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Program Manager to own and drive critical operational programs across campaign execution, prospect data management, and marketing process improvement. This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology, data operations, and program management—and requires someone who can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will serve as a process owner for key marketing operations workstreams, partnering with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and pipeline impact.
- Embed within the regional marketing team to deeply understand and represent market nuances, and be the primary representative for Marketing Operations initiatives
- Serve as the process owner for campaign execution workflows across email, landing pages, and paid media, supporting Growth, Lifecycle, and Global Campaigns marketing teams
- Consult on best practices in Marketo, with a focus on automation, scalability, and operational design. Design complex nurture and trigger campaigns and standardize them for broader use
- Lead programs to address recurring operational challenges. Define objectives, success metrics, and build repeatable processes that scale
- Serve as a technical bridge between regional marketing, product, and engineering teams to scope business requirements, coordinate discovery, and translate operational needs into product requirements for internal tooling
- Drive regional performance transparency by analyzing pipeline health and marketing database trends. Proactively identify and unblock operational friction through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Accelerate review cycles, pilots, and feedback collection during program execution. Summarize required changes, identify launch-blocking issues, and escalate risks as needed
- Drive ongoing improvements in marketing operations through process innovation, automation, and the adoption of AI-powered tools to increase productivity and transform workflows
- Maintain scalable documentation and support coordination with offshore production teams and cross-functional partners across time zones

- 3+ years of experience working day-to-day with marketing automation platforms, CRM platforms, prospect data, and lead management
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end program management of cross-functional marketing, sales, and engineering initiatives
- Experience building AI agents, including examples of agents you have deployed and examples of ways you are using AI on a daily basis beyond chat
- 3+ years of experience doing your own analysis using queries, dashboards, and AI, and partnering with analysts and data scientists for more complex analytics needs
- 3+ years of experience defining your own scope and goals, and collaborating with a distributed, global team to deliver on them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex operational concepts to diverse stakeholders across marketing, sales, and engineering

- 3+ years of experience with Marketo audience and campaign design and production
- Experience selecting and managing third-party data providers for B2B contact enrichment and prospecting
- Experience implementing AI tools to improve marketing operations workflows and productivity

In-office expectations
Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, Bengaluru, India, and Dublin, Ireland work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.
PAY AND BENEFITS
The annual US base salary range for this role is $157,800 - $236,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship as a Marketing Operations Manager
Document your martech stack expertise early
PERM requires your employer to define a specific job description tied to your credentials. Compile written proof of your hands-on work with platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot before your employer drafts the labor certification job requirements.
Target employers with dedicated immigration programs
Mid-to-large B2B SaaS and enterprise software companies routinely sponsor Marketing Operations Managers because the role requires specialized technical skills that satisfy PERM's specialty occupation documentation standards. Focus your search on employers with in-house HR legal teams.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsoring employers
Search for Marketing Operations Manager roles filtered by green card sponsorship history on Migrate Mate. Seeing which employers have filed PERM certifications for similar roles tells you where sponsorship is an established practice, not a first-time ask.
Confirm EB-2 versus EB-3 fit before accepting an offer
If your role requires a master's degree or you qualify through a National Interest Waiver, EB-2 can shorten your wait significantly depending on your country of birth. Clarify this distinction with your prospective employer before the PERM job description is finalized.
Understand the PERM recruitment audit trail
DOL requires employers to run specific recruitment steps, including job postings and internal notices, before certifying that no qualified U.S. worker is available. Ask your employer which recruitment steps they plan to use so you're not surprised if PERM takes longer due to an audit.
Check prevailing wage requirements using OFLC Wage Search
Your employer must pay at least the DOL-certified prevailing wage for your job title and location before PERM can be approved. Look up the wage level for Marketing Operations Manager in your metro area using OFLC Wage Search so you can negotiate your offer with full context.
Green Card Marketing Operations Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Marketing Operations Manager role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Most Marketing Operations Manager positions qualify under EB-3 as skilled workers requiring at least a bachelor's degree. If the role requires a master's degree or your employer can document an advanced-degree requirement tied to the position, EB-2 is also viable. The distinction matters mainly for applicants born in India or China, where EB-2 priority dates are significantly closer to current than EB-3.
How does green card sponsorship differ from H-1B sponsorship for this role?
H-1B visa is temporary status, capped annually, and subject to a lottery for most employers. Green card sponsorship through PERM leads to permanent residency with no renewal requirement. For Marketing Operations Managers, the PERM process adds a DOL recruitment phase before your employer can file the I-140 petition, making the overall timeline longer but the outcome permanent. There's no annual cap concern at the EB-3 level for most nationalities.
How long does the PERM green card process take for a Marketing Operations Manager?
Plan for one to three years from PERM filing to receiving your green card, assuming your priority date is current. DOL processing for PERM currently runs several months, followed by USCIS adjudication of the I-140 petition and then adjustment of status or consular processing. Applicants born in India or China face additional wait time due to per-country annual limits.
Where can I find Marketing Operations Manager jobs that offer green card sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lets you search specifically for Marketing Operations Manager roles where the employer has a documented history of PERM-based green card sponsorship. That's a more reliable signal than a generic 'visa sponsorship available' checkbox, because it tells you the employer has already navigated the DOL certification process for a comparable role.
Can my employer start the PERM process while I'm on an H-1B or OPT?
Yes. Employers can file PERM on your behalf regardless of your current visa status, as long as you're authorized to work in the U.S. and the job offer is for a permanent, full-time position. Starting PERM early while you're on H-1B is common practice because it locks in your priority date before any status complications arise. USCIS requires that you be able to start the sponsored role by the time your green card is approved.
