National Account Executive Green Card Jobs
National Account Executive roles qualify for green card sponsorship under EB-2 or EB-3 when the position requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Employers file a PERM labor certification with DOL before sponsoring you for permanent residency, making this a long-term career path rather than a temporary arrangement.

Document your degree and field alignment
PERM requires your education to match the job's stated minimum requirements. A business, marketing, or communications degree supports National Account Executive PERM filings directly. Gather transcripts and any credential evaluations before applying to employer-sponsored roles.
Target enterprise employers with PERM history
Large companies in B2B software, medical devices, and industrial distribution regularly file PERM for National Account Executives. Search OFLC disclosure data to confirm an employer has filed for this specific SOC code before committing time to their interview process.
Search green card jobs on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter National Account Executive roles by employers with active green card sponsorship history. This cuts the research time of manually checking DOL filings and surfaces companies already comfortable with the PERM process for revenue-focused roles.
Verify the job description triggers PERM eligibility
PERM approval depends on the employer proving the role genuinely requires a bachelor's degree. Ask hiring managers whether the open position has a defined educational requirement in its official job description, not just preferred qualifications.
Negotiate sponsorship terms before accepting an offer
Confirm the employer will cover PERM attorney fees and file within a defined timeframe after your start date. Some companies sponsor only after 12 months of employment, which affects how you plan your current visa status.
Check your prevailing wage before the PERM is filed
DOL's OFLC Wage Search shows the prevailing wage for National Account Executive roles by location and experience level. Your offered salary must meet or exceed this figure, so reviewing it early helps you flag mismatches before the labor certification is submitted.

Find National Account Executive JobsNational Account Executive Green Card Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a National Account Executive role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Most National Account Executive positions qualify under EB-3 as skilled workers when the employer requires a bachelor's degree. EB-2 applies if the role requires an advanced degree or the candidate holds one and the employer can document that requirement. The specific degree requirement written into the PERM labor certification determines which category fits.
How does PERM green card sponsorship differ from H-1B sponsorship for this role?
H-1B is a temporary work visa with an annual lottery cap, typically granted in three-year increments. PERM green card sponsorship leads to permanent residency with no annual lottery and no expiration date once approved. The process takes longer overall, but EB-3 for skilled workers has no per-country backlog for most nationalities, meaning your wait time is primarily the DOL and USCIS processing timeline rather than a visa queue.
How long does the PERM green card process take for a National Account Executive?
The full PERM-to-green-card timeline typically runs two to four years. DOL labor certification currently averages around 18 to 24 months, followed by I-140 petition review at USCIS, then adjustment of status or consular processing. Premium processing is available for the I-140 stage but not for PERM itself, so DOL processing speed is the primary variable.
Where can I find National Account Executive jobs that sponsor green cards?
Migrate Mate lets you search National Account Executive roles filtered by employers with documented green card sponsorship activity. This is more reliable than filtering general job boards by "sponsorship available" labels, which are often inaccurate or refer only to H-1B. Cross-referencing with OFLC disclosure data confirms which employers have actually completed PERM filings for similar roles.
Can I switch employers during the PERM green card process for a National Account Executive role?
You can change employers before the I-140 is approved, but the PERM filing is tied to the sponsoring employer and cannot transfer. After I-140 approval and 180 days of adjustment of status pending, portability rules under AC21 let you move to a same or similar role at a new employer without restarting the process. National Account Executive positions at comparable seniority levels generally satisfy the portability requirement.
