V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Lead SAP Developer for our premier client in Wisconsin.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in a hands-on technical role (technical project management, systems development, or similar)
- 2+ years as a subject matter expert relevant to the SAP focus area
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Hands-on SAP technical development and design
- Technical project management and systems delivery methodologies
- Mentoring and leading development teams
- Workflow design, gap analysis, and process documentation
- Stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead SAP technical design and development, including managing development demand through a structured intake and prioritization process.
- Mentor a team of SAP developers and coordinate day-to-day priorities.
- Partner with functional, architectural, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable SAP solutions.
- Lead project delivery for medium-complexity projects, including workflow design, system builds, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and vendor implementation staff, managing competing requirements and negotiating solutions.
