The Business Analyst, SAP FICO serves as a key liaison between Finance/Controlling departments and IT. This role is responsible for the functional design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP’s Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

SAP Configuration & Solution Design:

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Production Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP FICO issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.

Project Management & Change Control:
- Lead or participate in small to medium-sized SAP projects, including rollout, upgrades, and process improvements.

Documentation & Training:
- Create and maintain functional documentation including configuration guides, process maps, and training materials.

Qualifications
