- Ability to work directly with clients on business transformation initiatives, ensuring a Fit to Standard approach for SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
- Experience with SAP Signavio.

- Understanding of client persona and user journeys to design solutions from a user perspective, focusing on employee experience and customer experience.
- Broader understanding of S/4 HANA technology landscape, S/4 HANA Migration, and complimentary or third-party solutions.
- Have worked on SAP on-Premises, public and private cloud projects in any scale.
- Experience developing extension of cloud applications on SAP BTP (or SAP SCP) and S/4HANA Cloud (or SAP Cloud solutions) using key user and side-by-side extension tools.
- Exposure to Embedded AI Capabilities in SAP BTP, SAP SCM, ERP.
- Manufacturing business process background.
- SAP PP Functional architect with deep knowledge of Production Planning and supply planning, Detailed Scheduling and Levelling, Shop floor Integration and automation and other related SAP functional areas and business processes.
- Knowledge of Quality Management (SAP QM), Warehouse Management (SAP WM), Plant Maintenance (SAP PM), Track and Trace (ATTP).
- Knowledge on SAP S/4 HANA Solutions involving application of Mobility / Fiori Apps in the manufacturing domain.
- Consulting experience in managing large Business Transformation and change engagements for the SAP Plant to Inventory / Supply Chain Management process streams.
- Experience working in AI/GenAI based solutions.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies for project execution.
- Capable of creating or providing input into a test plan and managing defect management for the functional area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
