Green Card Service Delivery Manager Jobs
Service Delivery Manager roles qualify for EB-2 and EB-3 green card sponsorship through the PERM labor certification process, which requires employers to document that no qualified U.S. worker is available before filing your I-140 immigrant petition. Large IT services firms, managed service providers, and enterprise technology companies regularly sponsor this role for permanent residency.

DESCRIPTION
Since opening our 'virtual' doors in 1995, we’ve been pushing the boundaries of ‘possible’ further and further. Our entire business works hard to delight our customers – from the second an order is placed online to the seamless coordination of that order behind the scenes, we strive to stay agile, fluid and intentional. That can be described in one of our core Leadership Principles, which is Bias for Action. This means that our teams band together, roll up their sleeves, and aren’t content with just standing still. We’re aiming to become the most customer-centric company on Earth.
Rural Super Rural (RSR) is an exciting organization within Amazon dedicated to ensuring our customers receive their deliveries and are satisfied with their service, even in our most remote area. We are a combination of operations and support teams aligned to continually strive to innovate the last mile delivery process while bringing smiles to our customer’s faces.
Amazon is seeking self-motivated Driver Trainers to join our team and help build a network of customer-centric Delivery Associates in the communities where we operate. As a Driver Trainer, you have a passion for mentoring others; you are comfortable teaching and guiding conversations in large groups; and you believe in hands-on training and conducting drive-alongs with Delivery Associates to instill safe practices.
As a Driver Trainer, you are responsible for establishing the right driver training culture in your delivery station, setting up the training experience, and independently instructing training sessions. You educate Delivery Associates on the foundational safety, quality, and productivity aspects that are an important part of the Delivery Associate daily routine. In this position you will play a key role in keeping our commitment to exceed customer expectations by ensuring Delivery Associates are set up for success to deliver customer orders, large or small, on time at the right place.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship as a Service Delivery Manager
Document your specialty occupation evidence early
Gather performance reviews, client-facing contracts, and project scope documents that demonstrate you manage complex, multi-team service delivery rather than general operations. PERM audits often target management roles, so concrete evidence of specialized responsibilities strengthens your labor certification file.
Target employers with active PERM filing history
Focus your job search on IT outsourcing firms, cloud managed service providers, and large enterprise technology companies that file PERM applications regularly. Employers already familiar with the DOL process move faster and make fewer errors that delay your green card timeline.
Search green card sponsoring roles on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Service Delivery Manager roles by employers with verified EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship history, so you're applying to companies that have already committed to sponsoring permanent residency rather than guessing from job descriptions.
Verify prevailing wage before accepting an offer
Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the prevailing wage for your job zone and location before negotiations. Your offered salary must meet or exceed this DOL-determined figure, or USCIS will reject the I-140 petition regardless of employer intent.
Clarify sponsorship scope in your offer letter
Ask the employer to confirm in writing whether they will cover PERM, I-140, and adjustment of status filing costs. Some employers sponsor only through I-140 and leave adjustment of status fees to you, which matters significantly for your out-of-pocket timeline planning.
Build your O*NET occupation profile alignment
Cross-reference your resume duties against the O*NET occupation profile for Service Delivery Manager before PERM is filed. If your actual responsibilities diverge significantly from the standard definition, your employer's attorney may need to customize the job description, which can invite additional DOL scrutiny.
Green Card Service Delivery Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Service Delivery Manager role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Service Delivery Manager roles typically qualify under EB-3 as a skilled worker requiring a bachelor's degree, or under EB-2 if the position requires an advanced degree or the candidate holds a master's degree or higher. Your employer's attorney will determine the correct category based on the actual job requirements and your credentials at the time of the PERM filing.
How does green card sponsorship differ from H-1B sponsorship for this role?
Green card sponsorship through PERM leads to permanent residency rather than a temporary status requiring renewal every three years. Unlike H-1B visa, there is no annual cap lottery for EB-3 employment-based petitions, so your application moves through DOL and USCIS on a processing timeline rather than depending on random selection. The tradeoff is that the full process from PERM filing to a green card typically takes two to four years for most countries.
What does the PERM labor certification process mean for a Service Delivery Manager applicant?
PERM requires your sponsoring employer to conduct a formal recruitment test, advertising the Service Delivery Manager role to U.S. workers and documenting that no minimally qualified candidates applied. DOL reviews this recruitment evidence before certifying the labor application. Management roles at this level are frequently selected for audit, so thorough documentation of the specialized requirements in your job description is critical.
Where can I find Service Delivery Manager jobs that offer green card sponsorship?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by employers with EB-2 and EB-3 green card sponsorship history, which removes the guesswork of decoding vague job descriptions. Searching by role and sponsorship type lets you focus your applications on companies that have already demonstrated a willingness to complete the PERM and I-140 process for this occupation.
Can I switch employers after my green card process has started?
Once your I-140 petition has been approved and your priority date is current or within 180 days of approval, portability rules under AC21 allow you to change to a same or similar occupation without restarting the green card process. Service Delivery Manager roles in IT services and operations management are generally portable across similar employers, but confirm the occupational similarity with an immigration attorney before making a move.
