- Facilitate communication among internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for Global Health partners and assist with ongoing communication.
- Maintain and update Global Health website content, ensuring information is accurate, current, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Manage and monitor Global Health social media channels, including content planning, content creation, posting, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries received through shared inboxes and communication channels.
- Create and edit content for newsletters, presentations, reports, marketing materials, websites, social media, and other communications.
- Coordinate outreach activities, events, hospital tours, conferences, and community engagement opportunities.
- Represent Global Health at informational booths, organizational events, and hospital tours.
- Analyze workflows, processes, and project needs to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate project activities, information dissemination, and implementation efforts across departments and external partners.
- Assist with vendor management, contract coordination, and project-related administrative activities as needed.
- Ensure that project documentation, policies, procedures, and communications are maintained in accordance with organizational standards.
