Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship in Table Games Supervisor
Match your credentials to EB-3 skilled worker requirements
Table Games Supervisor positions typically qualify under EB-3 as skilled workers requiring at least two years of training or experience. Gather documentation of your pit experience, dealer certifications, and any supervisory tenure before approaching employers.
Target casinos with active PERM filing history
Large integrated resorts and tribal gaming operations are more likely to have in-house immigration counsel and established PERM workflows. Search Migrate Mate to identify gaming employers who have sponsored green cards for supervisory roles.
Verify the prevailing wage before salary negotiations
DOL must certify your offered wage meets or exceeds the prevailing wage for your geographic area. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up rates for SOC code 39-1013 in your target market before you accept an offer.
Prepare a detailed employment verification package
PERM audits in gaming roles often scrutinize supervisory experience. Compile W-2s, employer letters specifying your direct reports, shift schedules showing pit management duties, and any gaming commission licensing records before your employer begins the recruitment phase.
Understand the PERM recruitment window and your role in it
Your sponsoring employer must run DOL-mandated recruitment for 30 to 180 days and show no qualified U.S. workers were available. You can't shortcut this timeline, but you can stay responsive so the process doesn't stall waiting on your documents.
Ask about concurrent I-485 filing eligibility at the offer stage
If your priority date is current when USCIS approves your I-140, you may be able to file for adjustment of status immediately. Confirm with the employer's immigration attorney whether your country of birth and the current Visa Bulletin allow concurrent filing.

Find Table Games Supervisor JobsTable Games Supervisor Green Card Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Table Games Supervisor role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Most Table Games Supervisor positions qualify under EB-3 as skilled worker roles, since they typically require at least two years of casino experience rather than an advanced degree. EB-2 sponsorship is possible if the employer can document that the position genuinely requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, though that's uncommon for this title in gaming operations.
How does green card sponsorship differ from H-1B sponsorship for this role?
H-1B requires the position to qualify as a specialty occupation tied to a specific degree field, which is difficult to establish for most Table Games Supervisor roles. EB-3 green card sponsorship through PERM has no annual lottery and leads directly to permanent residency. The tradeoff is timeline: PERM plus I-140 plus adjustment of status typically takes two to four years, and longer for nationals from high-backlog countries.
What does the PERM labor certification process involve for gaming employers?
The employer files a PERM application with DOL demonstrating that no qualified U.S. worker was available for the role after completing mandatory recruitment steps, including job postings and good-faith interviews. For Table Games Supervisor positions, DOL may audit the filing and request documentation of the supervisory duties and experience requirements. The recruitment phase alone runs at least 30 days before the employer can file.
How can I find casinos and gaming resorts that sponsor green cards for supervisory roles?
Migrate Mate lets you search specifically for employers with green card sponsorship history in gaming and hospitality, filtering by role type and location. Because PERM filings are public DOL records, you can identify which operators have sponsored supervisory positions before and target your applications accordingly, rather than asking employers cold whether they sponsor.
Will a gaming commission license from another country help or hurt my green card application?
A foreign gaming commission license demonstrates professional credentialing and can strengthen your PERM documentation by showing regulated supervisory experience. It doesn't substitute for U.S. licensing, which most states require before you can work on a gaming floor. Start your state gaming license application early since background checks and processing can take several months and your employer will need it in place before you begin work.
