BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience
- Experience pricing commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects
- Ability to perform takeoffs, develop budgets, and coordinate subcontractor bids
- Familiarity with conceptual estimating and value engineering
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with plans and specs
