We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale B2C mobile and digital products using cloud-native technologies and Agentic AI. In this role, you will work closely with business executives, product owners, and engineering teams to understand business goals and translate them into scalable, secure, and production-ready technical solutions. You will define enterprise architecture, establish engineering standards, mentor technical teams, and oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept and design to deployment and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale B2C mobile and digital products from concept through production.
- Design scalable mobile application architectures for Android, iOS, Flutter, or React Native integrated with cloud-native backend services.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design end-to-end enterprise systems including mobile applications, web applications, APIs, microservices, databases, and third-party integrations.
- Architect cloud-native backend services primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using services such as GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, and Apigee.
- Design and integrate AI-powered capabilities using Agentic AI and LLM orchestration frameworks where applicable.
- Establish architecture standards, API governance, CI/CD processes, security, scalability, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership throughout the product development lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Software Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience architecting and delivering large-scale mobile applications (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native) for consumer-facing (B2C) products.
- Proven experience building end-to-end mobile products integrated with scalable backend services and APIs.
- Deep expertise in Mobile Application Architecture, REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, and API-First Design.
- Experience designing cloud-native backend solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using services such as GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, and Apigee.
- Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar AI orchestration frameworks is a plus.
- Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders, product owners, and executive leadership.
- Excellent communication, solution design, and technical leadership skills.
Additional Information:
- This role places a strong emphasis on Mobile Application Architecture and Product Development for enterprise B2C platforms.
- GCP experience is required to architect and deploy backend cloud services, but mobile application architecture and delivery experience is the primary requirement.
- Experience with Agentic AI and Generative AI is considered a strong plus.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding H-1B Visa Sponsorship in Enterprise Solutions
Verify your SOC code before applying
Enterprise Solutions roles map to multiple SOC codes depending on whether the work is technical architecture, consulting, or implementation. Pull the O*NET occupation profile for your specific function so your resume vocabulary matches what the employer's LCA will certify.
Target employers with cap-exempt filing history
Universities, nonprofit research institutions, and government-affiliated entities are cap-exempt H-1B sponsors. If you're approaching the lottery cap limit on your OPT, shifting your search to cap-exempt Enterprise Solutions buyers like hospital networks or university IT departments keeps your options open.
Search verified H-1B sponsors on Migrate Mate
Filter Enterprise Solutions roles on Migrate Mate by employers with confirmed LCA filing history in your occupation code. That DOL disclosure data shows which companies have actively sponsored the role before, not just which ones check a sponsorship checkbox on a job posting.
Reconcile your degree field early with HR
Enterprise Solutions positions frequently draw candidates with hybrid backgrounds in business and IT. USCIS requires a direct relationship between your degree field and the job's theoretical and practical application. Clarify the specific degree requirement before the offer stage, not after.
Check prevailing wage levels using OFLC Wage Search
Your employer must certify a wage at or above the DOL prevailing wage for your exact location and job level. Use OFLC Wage Search to look up Level I through Level IV wages for your SOC code before negotiating, so the offer and the LCA align from the start.
Request premium processing when project timelines are fixed
Enterprise Solutions project start dates are often tied to client contracts. If your onboarding date is contractually fixed, ask your employer to file USCIS Form I-907 for premium processing, which guarantees a 15-business-day adjudication decision and reduces go-live risk.
H-1B Visa Enterprise Solutions: Frequently Asked Questions
Does an Enterprise Solutions role qualify as an H-1B specialty occupation?
Yes, provided the position requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as information systems, computer science, or business technology. Roles that accept any degree regardless of field can run into specialty occupation challenges at USCIS. The employer's job description must tie the theoretical knowledge of that degree directly to the duties performed.
How do I find Enterprise Solutions employers who actively sponsor H-1B visas?
Browse Enterprise Solutions roles on Migrate Mate, which filters employers by verified DOL Labor Condition Application filing history. That data comes directly from OFLC disclosure files and shows which employers have successfully filed for comparable roles, not just which ones say they're open to sponsorship on a job posting.
Can I transfer my H-1B to a new Enterprise Solutions employer mid-project?
Yes. Under H-1B portability rules, you can start working for a new employer as soon as your new I-129 petition is filed, as long as your previous status was lawful and the petition is non-frivolous. The new employer files a transfer petition with USCIS and a new LCA for the specific role and location before or at the start date.
What happens if my Enterprise Solutions role involves working at client sites in different states?
Each worksite state where you'll be placed for more than 30 days may require a separate LCA certified by DOL and a public access file at that location. Your employer is responsible for filing location-specific LCAs before you begin work there. Confirm this with HR before accepting a role that involves multi-state client deployments.
How does the H-1B cap lottery affect my job search for Enterprise Solutions roles?
New H-1B cap-subject petitions are subject to the annual 85,000-slot cap, with registration open each March. If you're on OPT and your registration isn't selected, your work authorization ends with your OPT period. Targeting cap-exempt employers or roles at universities and qualifying nonprofits removes the lottery dependency entirely from your Enterprise Solutions job search.
