We're looking for a Partner Sales Specialist to help scale Replit's strategic partnership ecosystem into a repeatable and measurable revenue channel. This role sits at the intersection of Partnerships and Enterprise Sales, serving as the execution engine behind our co-sell motions with strategic partners including Microsoft, Google Cloud, Databricks, and future ecosystem partners.
You will work directly with Account Executives, Strategic Alliances, and partner field teams to identify opportunities, coordinate co-sell engagement, accelerate deal progression, and drive measurable business outcomes through partnerships.
This is a highly collaborative and externally facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, working directly with sales teams, and turning strategic partnerships into pipeline and revenue. You'll play a critical role in helping Replit establish partnerships as a scalable enterprise growth channel.
- Drive enterprise co-sell motions across Replit's strategic partnerships, including Microsoft, Google Cloud, Databricks, and future ecosystem partners.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to identify opportunities where strategic partners can accelerate customer acquisition, expansion, and procurement.
- Build trusted working relationships with partner account teams to increase co-sell engagement and opportunity progression.
- Conduct recurring account mapping exercises with strategic partners to identify whitespace opportunities and prioritize joint engagement.
- Coordinate partner involvement throughout the sales cycle, ensuring opportunities receive appropriate partner support and visibility.
- Drive partner sourced and partner influenced opportunities through active coordination, follow up, and stakeholder management.
- Manage deal registration processes across partner portals, ensuring accurate and timely submission of opportunities to maximize partner program benefits and co-sell eligibility.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Strategic Alliances, Partner Operations, Marketing, Enablement, and partner stakeholders to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Help establish repeatable co-sell processes, operating rhythms, and best practices that can scale across Replit's partner ecosystem.
- Maintain visibility into partner engagement across active opportunities and support accurate attribution of partner sourced and partner influenced pipeline.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, channel sales, partnerships, alliances, business development, partner management, or related go to market functions.
- Experience working directly with enterprise Account Executives and sales organizations to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Experience supporting enterprise co-sell motions with hyperscalers, cloud providers, ISVs, systems integrators, or strategic technology partners.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, opportunity management, and pipeline development.
- Experience conducting account mapping, opportunity planning, and partner engagement activities.
- Familiarity with deal registration processes and partner portal management across hyperscaler or ISV programs.
- Strong relationship building skills and comfort working across both internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience operating in fast paced, high growth environments.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Strong Salesforce proficiency and familiarity with CRM driven sales processes.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft, Google Cloud, Databricks, or other enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace, private offers, hyperscaler procurement motions, and co-sell programs.
- Experience supporting partner sourced or partner influenced revenue motions.
- Experience working in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, AI, or enterprise software companies.
- Experience helping build repeatable partnership and co-sell programs from the ground up.
- Passion for AI, developer tools, and helping enterprises transform how software gets built.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
