Duties: Lead the solution, design, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow modules in compliance with required system processes and procedures, working with other team members and partners across the organization as needed. Provide functional expertise; act as product advocate to lead implementation of ITIL processes within ServiceNow platform. Code review and mentor and coach other team members, facilitate individual team member development of technical, functional, and industry skills.
