Lead and scale a growing multi-service disability services organization across Southwest and Central Florida.

A well-established, expanding human services organization is seeking a hands-on operator a Regional Director of Operations to lead its Florida service lines, based in Fort Myers. You'll own full P&L-level accountability for day-to-day operations across Adult Day Training (life skills) programs and in-home services (Personal Care Services and Medicaid Waiver), lead teams through a period of significant growth and organizational change, and manage the region by the numbers; performance, financial, and operational metrics with a mandate to expand through new locations, new service lines, and potential acquisitions across the state of Florida.

You'll report directly to the SVP of Operations and serve as the senior operational leader for the region.

We're looking for a proven operations executive: someone who has led multi-site teams, driven measurable performance improvement, guided an organization through change and scale, and knows how to translate strategy into KPIs, budgets, and results.

What you'll do

• Own regional operational and financial performance: budgets, revenue/census and utilization targets, labor cost and staffing efficiency, and margin
• Define, track, and act on key performance indicators.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable local program leadership and frontline teams; build bench strength and succession within the region
• Guide teams through organizational change, new systems, new structures, new locations, and integration of acquired programs while sustaining culture and service quality
• Drive continuous operational improvement: workflow efficiency, scheduling and coverage models, and documentation/billing integrity
• Ensure compliance with Florida APD, AHCA, and Medicaid Waiver (iBudget) requirements
• Partner with the SVP of Operations on expansion strategy, new site launches, due diligence, and acquisition integration
• Travel occasionally to program locations in Port Charlotte and Daytona Beach; attend the annual planning team meeting

What you'll need

• Proven multi-site or regional operations leadership in IDD services, home and community-based services, behavioral health, or a related human services field
• Demonstrated success leading teams hiring, developing, and holding leaders accountable across multiple locations
• A track record of guiding an organization through change: growth, restructuring, system implementations, or acquisition integration
• Strong command of performance, financial, and operational metrics you manage by the numbers and can point to measurable results you've driven (census growth, margin improvement, labor efficiency, quality outcomes)
• Experience owning budgets and P&L-level accountability, not just program administration
• Working knowledge of Florida Medicaid Waiver programs (APD iBudget), PCS, and/or facility-based day program operations strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in healthcare administration, business, human services, or related field preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Fort Myers area

Location & travel: Fort Myers, FL base with occasional travel to Port Charlotte and Daytona Beach program sites

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
