We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
• Lead performance management processes and support career development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
