YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s or advanced professional degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, data science, or industrial organizational psychology; master’s degree is a plus with less than 2 years of work experience
- 1+ years of professional experience as a data analyst or data scientist
- Programming experience in at least two of the following languages: R, Python, Scala, SQL
- Experience in statistical modelling and machine learning techniques
- Experience in applying advanced analytics and statistical methods in the commercial world
- Experience is software development environment (.Net, Java etc) is desirable but not a requisite
- Consulting experience preferred especially within people analytics space
- Willingness to travel and co-locate depending on product and initiative needs
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter to step into a fast-paced and dynamic environment and ready to build a strong network across the practice
- Expertise in communicating analytical and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues alike
