As a Preferred Delivery Partner for Adobe and large SI's we have multiple consulting roles for Adobe Commerce Lead Architects / Delivery Lead Contractors. Part-time candidates are welcome with fractional availability. These are open ended contracts and 100% remote.
Senior Enterprise Consultant – Adobe Workfront Implementation

Role Overview
DataMTX is seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Implementation Consultant to join our enterprise advisory practice in support of our client's digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will act as a primary technical and functional SME, leading the design, configuration, and adoption of Adobe Workfront. You will work directly with our client's leadership, cross-functional project teams, and end-users to translate complex business processes, resource management requirements, and project workflows into a scalable, high-performing Workfront environment.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Configuration:
- System Design & Setup: Translate complex client requirements into functional Workfront solutions, including custom forms, project templates, approval processes, custom report views, dashboards, and portfolio structures.
- Work Management Architecture: Design efficient intake methodologies, request queues, resource allocation models, and task assignment logic tailored to professional services workflows.
- Integration Planning: Partner with technical teams to scope and define requirements for Workfront Fusion or API-based integrations with adjacent enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, DAM, and time/billing systems).
Client Advisory & Delivery:
- Business Process Mapping: Conduct discovery sessions to analyze current-state operations, gap analysis, and future-state process workflows across various service lines.
- Best Practice Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to Client stakeholders, championing Workfront governance, standardization, and operational best practices.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build executive-level dashboards, project velocity metrics, capacity planning views, and utilization reports to drive data-informed decision-making.
Enablement & Change Management:
- User Training & Enablement: Develop tailored training materials, role-based documentation, and conduct interactive workshops for administrative users, project managers, and resource managers.
- UAT & Deployment: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect remediation, cutover strategy, and post-go-live stabilization support.
Qualifications & Skills
- Direct Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and configuring Adobe Workfront within complex enterprise or professional services environments.
- Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Workfront Core Developer or Adobe Certified Professional – Workfront Core Consultant preferred.
- Business Process Mastery: Deep understanding of enterprise work management, resource management, portfolio management, and agency/consulting operations.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Workfront Fusion, webhooks, REST APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Jira, or enterprise ERPs) is a strong plus.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional client-facing presence, facilitation skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
