Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• We offer a highly competitive total compensation package that features a starting base salary of $230,000 annually, complemented by an initial sign-on bonus and a location-based stipend.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:

• MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility.

Elk Ridge Community Health requires all AZ employees to have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card. A.R.S. 36.425.03. New hires and transfers must submit their fingerprint clearance card or fingerprint receipt before their hire date or transfer date. Level One (1) Non-IVP Fingerprint Clearance card must be received within 30 days after the new employee hire date or transfer date.
