UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC seeks an Interventional Cardiologist to join our community-based practice of General, Interventional, and EP Cardiologists, Cardiology Fellows, Thoracic & Vascular Surgeons, and APPs.

OPPORTUNITY

- Clinic Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 1:00pm
- 1:4 call
- 1 cath lab day per week
- Inpatient and outpatient interventional cardiovascular care supported by dedicated APPs
- Fellow, resident, and medical student teaching available
- EPIC EMR
- Tests & Diagnosis: Cardiac Imaging, Echocardiogram, Cardiac Catheterization, Cath Lab, Radial Access, PET Scan, Stress Tests (exercise, dobutamine, nuclear and stress echo), EKG, Dedicated EP Lab, Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring, ABI, Doppler Ultrasound
- Heart Treatments: Cardioversion, Pacemaker and ICD Clinic, Angioplasty, Atherectomy, Heart Failure Clinic, Valvuloplasty, Valve Repair and Replacement, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation
- Vascular Treatments: Bypass surgery for PAD, Endovascular therapy for PAD, Carotid Endarterectomy, EVAR, Vein Clinic
- CVICU and dedicated Cardiology Progressive Care Unit

REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed DO/MD in NC or eligible
- Fellowship trained in Interventional Cardiology
- BC/BE in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology
- Must meet criteria for medical staff credentials at UNC Health Southeastern
