Interventional Radiologist - INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma City

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest health system is seeking a BC/BE Interventional Radiologist to join the state's largest and most established Interventional Radiology practice.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

- Full spectrum IR practice in a transplant center, including:
- Interventional oncology
- Biliary interventions
- TIPS
- Renal interventions
- Women’s health and more
- Dedicated IR support team including 6 Physician Assistants and one APRN
- Q7 call schedule for excellent work-life balance
- Established, independent IR practice separate from Diagnostic Radiology
- Hospital employed with excellent collegial relationship with hospital administration

- Epic EMR system
The Physician provides direct patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly evaluates and manages each patient appropriately and documents information completely by use of written notes or dictation on a timely basis
- Identifies relevant medical issues accurately and uses appropriate procedures and testing
- Completes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record forms
- Participates in the quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee
- Provides direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth running team
- Ensures fiscal viability of the practice
- Complies with policies and procedures if applicable
- The Physician is responsible for patients
This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Please consult the Physical Demands Project SharePoint site or contact Risk Management/Employee Health for additional information. Moderate exposure to hazardous risks, including potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Potential for bodily injury related to lifting and incidents of workplace violence. Must follow universal safety precautions. Exposed to constant interruptions, noise, disagreeable odors, and assorted chemicals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Oklahoma MD or DO License (or ability to attain)
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA residency program in Radiology
- Successful completion of an accredited Fellowship in Interventional Radiology
