- Assist the IT Manager by providing feedback on hardware, software, and technology needs as requested.
- Assist with the implementation of new technology, software, and equipment.
- Set up, configure, deploy, and perform basic troubleshooting of computers, Chromebooks, printers, and other technology devices.
- Maintain a working knowledge of school technology, software applications, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Inform the IT Manager of recurring technology issues, trends, or concerns that may affect school operations
- Respond to, document, prioritize, and resolve Tier 1 IT help desk requests for staff,
- students, and families. Resolve routine issues whenever possible, escalate more complex problems to appropriate IT personnel, communicate status updates to users, and ensure tickets are documented and closed in a timely manner.
