Position Overview
The Mississippi Library Commission is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage E-Rate technology initiatives supporting public libraries across Mississippi. The ideal candidate will have extensive IT project management experience, strong knowledge of the USAC E-Rate Program, procurement, contract administration, strategic planning, and vendor coordination while working with library stakeholders to secure federal telecommunications funding.

- Respond to Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) reviews and funding inquiries.
- Manage procurement activities, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Develop strategic plans, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate ISP and vendor migrations.
- Collaborate with library directors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
