Job Description
This role will drive the adoption of new technologies, oversee prompt engineering initiatives, conduct AI use case assessments, and serve as a product owner for AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Integration: Lead end-to-end integration of AI and conventional solutions into existing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption.
- Experimentation and Testing: Proactively experiment, test, and learn with AI technologies to develop and validate potential solutions. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by piloting new approaches and analyzing outcomes.
- AI Use Case Assessments: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential AI use cases across the organization. Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to determine suitability and impact. Develop business cases and recommendations for AI adoption.
- Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI models to maximize performance, accuracy, and user experience. Stay abreast of advancements in prompt engineering and apply best practices.
- New Technology Onboarding: Evaluate, pilot, and implement emerging technologies. Develop onboarding frameworks and training materials to facilitate smooth adoption by business users.
- Product Ownership: Serve as the product owner for AI platforms, defining product vision, roadmap, and success metrics. Gather and prioritize requirements, manage backlogs, and coordinate with engineering and design teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with business leaders, technology partners, and end-users to understand needs, communicate progress, and drive alignment on project goals.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to support technology adoption, including communication plans, training sessions, and feedback loops.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure all AI initiatives comply with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in technology project management, product ownership, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, prompt engineering, or natural language processing.
- Proven track record of onboarding and integrating new technologies in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and APIs.
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management.
- Prior experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
