- Current TX or multistate LPN/LVN license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required

- Provide nursing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- Facility is CARF-accredited for Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation, Brain Injury, and Spinal Cord Injury Specialty Programs
- Royal blue scrubs required
- Report to Charge Nurse upon arrival at 0645
- Free onsite parking available
- Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be considered
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
