- Lead continuous-improvement projects that raise on-time delivery, shorten lead times, strengthen responsiveness, improve visibility, and reduce avoidable logistics cost
- Build and interpret logistics performance reporting, including on-time delivery, lead time, freight spend, claims, exception aging, and service reliability; turn findings into prioritized actions
- Influence without direct authority, facilitate root-cause analysis, document decisions, and ensure commitments are followed through to measurable results

- 6+ years of progressive experience in global logistics, international transportation, supply chain operations, or a related field; If less than 10 years of experience post academics, minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 required
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end logistics for international shipments and serving as a senior customer-facing partner
- Advanced working knowledge of international trade compliance, customs processes, commercial documentation, Incoterms, and cross-border risk
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate service, capacity, risk, and total landed-cost tradeoffs
