How do you become a analytics manager in Pennsylvania?
Most analytics manager roles in Pennsylvania require a bachelor's degree at minimum, with many employers preferring a master's in data science, statistics, business analytics, or a related field. There is no state-issued license for this role in Pennsylvania. Employers typically look for several years of progressive analytics experience, including team leadership. Building expertise in tools common to Pennsylvania's dominant sectors, such as healthcare informatics or financial data platforms, strengthens candidacy significantly.
Which companies hire analytics managers in Pennsylvania?
Employers hiring analytics managers in Pennsylvania right now include PNC Financial Services, CSL, and Quest Diagnostics, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Pennsylvania's mix of large health systems, financial institutions, and consumer brands makes it one of the more diverse analytics hiring markets on the East Coast.
Which Pennsylvania cities have the most analytics manager jobs?
Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and King of Prussia have the most analytics manager openings in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia leads due to its concentration of financial services firms, health systems, and media companies, while Pittsburgh's technology and healthcare sectors, including Carnegie Mellon University and UPMC, drive strong demand there, and suburban corridors like King of Prussia attract corporate headquarters with dedicated analytics functions.
