Job Overview
We're looking for an Executive Assistant & Logistics Associate to keep our CEO's time and our physical workspace running smoothly as we grow. You'll own the CEO's calendar and travel logistics, make sure meetings and offsites are ready to go before anyone walks in the room, and be the go-to person for everything related to our physical space — from the landlord relationship to keeping the snack drawer stocked. This is a highly visible, trust-based role: you'll be one of the first faces candidates, investors, and partners interact with, and one of the people the team relies on most to make day-to-day life at Great Sky excellent.
What You’ll Do
Executive support
- Own and proactively manage the CEO's calendar and email, resolving conflicts and prioritizing based on what matters most
- Book and coordinate all travel — flights, hotels, ground transportation — and build itineraries that hold up under last-minute changes
- Prepare the CEO for meetings: gather materials, confirm logistics, flag what needs attention ahead of time
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact, exercising discretion with sensitive and confidential information
Logistics (office, team events, and more)
- Be the first friendly face people encounter at Great Sky by answering the door and welcoming visitors (e.g., candidates, investors, partners, vendors)
- Keep the office stocked — snacks, supplies, and anything else that keeps the team fed and functioning
- Serve as the primary point person for our real estate relationship — landlord communications, office upgrades, and day-to-day facilities issues
- Coordinate vendors (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, deliveries) to keep the office running without friction
- Plan and run team events and offsites, from small team lunches to company-wide gatherings to board and investor visits
- Support OSHA safety compliance such as coordinating disposal of waste, checking safety signs, and ensuring safety materials (e.g., first aid kit, eye wash station) are stocked
- Flag and help solve space and facilities issues before they become problems
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of professional experience, ideally as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role
- Highly organized with strong follow-through; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- Excellent judgment and discretion — comfortable handling sensitive information and representing the CEO and company well
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with last-minute changes
- Strong communicator who can navigate vendors, landlords, and executives
- Builder mentality: comfortable creating structure and process where none exists yet
- Based in or willing to work from our Boulder, CO office

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
